Universitas Padjadjaran offers an International Undergraduate Program (IUP) designed to provide Indonesian and international students with an opportunity to pursue undergraduate degrees in selected programs through uniquely designed learning methods that adhere to international standards.
Lectures are conducted in English, providing students with opportunities for international exposure, including student exchange at partner universities, international internships, and many more. Additionally, many programs offer double degree opportunities, enabling students to earn degrees from both Universitas Padjadjaran and a prestigious international partner university, enhancing global competitiveness and career prospects.

Notes:
- IUP at the Faculty of Economics and Business accepts all high school graduates from both natural sciences majors and social sciences majors.
Eligibility and Requirements
Eligible Applicants:
- Open to both Indonesian and International Applicants. (WNI and WNA)
- Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent from the academic years 2024, 2025, or 2026.

Proof of English Proficiency:
- Submission of valid proof of English language proficiency is mandatory for all applicants, both Indonesian and international. Detailed requirements can be found in the application procedure.
- International applicants from native English-speaking countries are exempted from the proof of English Proficiency, but instead should submit one page statement of purpose (motivation to study in Unpad, reason to select the study program, personal goals).
High School Academic Reports:
- Indonesian applicants must provide their complete high school academic records from the first to fifth semesters.
- Indonesian citizens who completed their education abroad are required to submit an academic transcript grade conversion conducted through the grade equivalency process in accordance with the Indonesian education system.
- International applicants are required to upload an original scan of their high school academic transcripts, from first to the latest semesters.
Interview for International Students:
- International applicants will undergo an interview with the selection committee as part of the admission process. The interview schedule will be announced at a later date.

- A secure password (to be used for accessing the SMUP portal; please ensure you remember this password for future use)

Admission Assessment
The evaluation and admission of candidates will be based on the following criteria:
- High School Academic Reports
- For Indonesian applicants: Submission of high school academic reports is mandatory and will form a significant part of the evaluation process.
- For international applicants: Assessment will be based on an interview and/or academic transcripts.
- English Proficiency Test
- Applicants must provide a valid score from a recognized English proficiency test. For details on approved test providers and minimum requirements, please refer to the Registration Procedure.
- Selection and Passing Standards
- The admission decision will be determined by the highest average score calculated from:

1. International Undergraduate Program in Accounting
The Accounting Bachelor’s degree program is an international undergraduate program in the Global Excellence Academy group. It has been internationally accredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) accreditation institution. As a study program in the Global Excellence Academy group, the learning process is entirely in English.
Students have the opportunity for a double degree at several selected universities, namely Northern Illinois University (US) with a 2 + 2 scheme in semesters 5-8, the International Management Institute (IMI) Switzerland in semesters 6-7, the University of Northampton (UK) with a 3 + 1 scheme in semesters 7-8 and the University of Queensland (Australia) with a 3 + 1 scheme in semesters 6-7.
Students can also exchange to partner universities abroad with lecturers from the designated partner universities. In study programs included in the Global Excellence Academy group, students will receive Global certification (AWS, Linkedin Learning, Google) during the learning period as well as a global case-based learning method.

The Management Bachelor’s degree program is an international undergraduate program in the Global Excellence Academy group. It has been internationally accredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) accreditation institution.
As a study program in the Global Excellence Academy group, the learning process is entirely in English. 3. International Undergraduate Program in Economics
The Economics Bachelor’s Degree Program is an international undergraduate program included in the Global Excellence Academy and has been internationally accredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) accreditation institution. As one of the study programs included in the Global Excellence Academy, all classes will be fully taught in English.
Students of the Economics Bachelor’s Degree Program will be given the chance to take a double-degree in several selected universities such as Northern Illinois University (US) with a 2+2 scheme during the fifth until eight semesters, International Management Institute (IMI) Switzerland during the sixth to seventh semesters, University of Northampton (UK) with a 3+1 scheme during the seventh to eighth semesters, and the University of Queensland (Australia) with a 3+1 scheme during the sixth to seventh semesters.
Students can also exchange to overseas partner universities with lecturers from the designated partner universities. Students will receive Global certifications (AWS, LinkedIn Learning, Google) during the learning period as well as receive a case-based global learning method as part of being in one of the study programs in the Global Excellence Academy.

The Islamic Economics undergraduate study program is an international undergraduate program included in the Global Excellence Academy group and has been internationally accredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) accreditation institution. As a study program included in the Global Excellence Academy group, the learning process is provided entirely in English.
Students in the Management undergraduate study program will have the opportunity for a double-degree to several selected universities, namely the International Management Institute (IMI) Switzerland in semesters 6-7 and the University of Northampton (UK) with a 3 + 1 scheme in semesters 7-8.

The Digital Business Bachelor’s Degree Program is an international undergraduate program included in the Global Excellence Academy. It has been internationally accredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) accreditation institution. As one of the study programs included in the Global Excellence Academy, all classes will be fully taught in English.
Students of the Digital Business Bachelor’s Degree Program will be given the chance to take a double degree in several selected universities such as Northern Illinois University (US) with a 2+2 scheme during the fifth until eighth semesters, International Management Institute (IMI) Switzerland during the sixth to seventh semesters, University of Northampton (UK) with a 3+1 scheme during the seventh to eighth semesters, and the University of Queensland (Australia) with a 2,5+1,5 scheme during the sixth until eighth semesters.

6. International Undergraduate Program in Business Administration
The Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree Program is an international undergraduate program included in the Global Excellence Academy, therefore all classes will be fully taught in English. Students of the Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree Program will be given the chance to take a double degree in a partner university the University of Sussex Business School with a 3+M scheme in the seventh to eighth semesters and exchange to overseas partner universities with lecturers from the designated partner universities. Students on the study program included in the Global Excellence Academy will receive Global certifications (AWS, LinkedIn Learning, Google) during the learning period as well as receive a case-based global learning method.

The program is also internationally accredited by Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA). Students in the Bachelor of Law program will have the opportunity to partake in student exchange at the Universiti Teknologi Mara and double degree in University of Melbourne and Monash University.

8. International Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy
The Bachelor of Pharmacy program is an international undergraduate program that is part of the Global Excellence Academy, therefore all classes will be fully taught in English. It is internationally accredited by the ASIIN accreditation agency from Germany. Students in the Bachelor of Pharmacy program will have the opportunity to participate in student exchange programs at Chiba University (Japan), Groningen University (Netherlands), Chulalongkorn University (Thailand), and the China Pharmaceutical University (China) for one semester.
For the study programs that are included in the Frontier Advancement Program, students will receive global certification (AWS, LinkedIn Learning, Google) during their learning period, as well as project-based learning methods. The Medicine Bachelor’s Degree Program is an international undergraduate program included in the Frontier Advancement Program: internationalization at home. As a study program that is included in the Frontier Advancement Program, the learning process is offered bilingually to support internationalization. 12. International Undergraduate Program in Dentistry
The Bachelor of Dentistry (IUP) is an international undergraduate program offered under the Frontier Advancement Program (Internationalization at Home). As part of this initiative, the learning process is delivered bilingually (Indonesian and English) to strengthen students’ global competencies and academic mobility readiness.

13. International Undergraduate Program in International Relations
The Bachelor of International Relations program is an international undergraduate program which is included in the Frontier Advancement Program: internationalization at home. As a study program that joins in the Frontier Advancement Program, the learning process is offered bilingually in order to support internationalization. Students in the Bachelor of International Relations program will be awarded opportunities to partake in student exchanges at Mindanao State University (Philippines) and University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) for one semester.

14. International Undergraduate Program in Public Administration
The Bachelor of Public Administration (IUP) is an international undergraduate program delivered under the Frontier Advancement Program (Internationalization at Home). As part of this initiative, the learning process is conducted bilingually (Indonesian and English) to enhance students’ international academic exposure and global employability.

15. International Undergraduate Program in Communication Science
The Bachelor of Communication Science program is an international undergraduate program which is a part of the Frontier Advancement Program: internationalization at home and internationally accredited by AQAS accreditation agency from Germany. As a study program that joins the Frontier Advancement Program, the learning process is offered bilingually to support internationalization. Students in the Bachelor of Communication Science program will be awarded opportunities to partake in student exchange or studying abroad at Sungkyunkwan University Korea, Myongji University Korea, Woosong University Korea, Ajou University Korea, and Hanyang University Korea for one or two semesters during the fifth or sixth semester of university.

16. International Undergraduate Program in Marine Science
The Bachelor of Marine Science (IUP) is an international undergraduate program offered under the Frontier Advancement Program (Internationalization at Home). The program is internationally accredited by the ASIIN accreditation agency (Germany) and the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST), ensuring compliance with internationally recognized academic and professional standards.

For the study programs that are included in the Frontier Advancement Program, students will have the opportunity to receive Global certification (AWS, LinkedIn Learning, Google) for the duration of their study, as well as project-based learning methods. Students will also have the opportunity to attend guest lectures from partner universities abroad that collaborate with the Faculty of Communication Science.

Tuition Fees
The tuition fees for the International Undergraduate Program (IUP) at Universitas Padjadjaran consist of two components:
- Per Semester Tuition Fee
- This fee is paid at the beginning of each semester and covers academic services, facilities, and resources provided throughout the semester.
- Institutional Development Fee
- This is a one-time payment made upon admission. It contributes to the enhancement and sustainability of institutional infrastructure and development.
