1. Indonesian or international students.
2. Graduates of high school and equivalent upper secondary education in 2024, 2023, or 2022.
3. Fill out the required information on the page: https://admission.unpad.ac.id/ (please visit the registration procedure for further information).
4. Provide proof of English language proficiency (mandatory for Indonesians and International Students). See the registration procedure for further information.
5. Provide proof and fill out a high school academic report from the first to fifth semesters (mandatory for Indonesians only). International students are only required to upload an original scan of their high school academic reports.
6. Upload an original scan of the high school’s academic report.
7. International students will be interviewed by the selection committee.

Individuals fulfilling the above-mentioned requirements interested in applying for the IUP are required to take the following steps,

1. Ensure that the general and specific requirements set by the academic programs pursued are fulfilled,
2. Register online and complete the required information on the following page https://admission.unpad.ac.id by providing the following pieces of information
   1. Complete name (as stated in the birth certificate or other forms of official identification)
   2. Indonesian National Identification Number (NIK) or passport number
   3. E-mail address
   4. Mobile phone number
   5. Password to be subsequently used to log into the SMUP (Unpad Student Admission) portal, (Please remember this password, as it will always be required to access the SMUP portal)
   6. Country of citizenship or nationality
3. Provide proof of English language proficiency by presenting one of the following certificates (mandatory),

• Note: Foreign students/ International students (non native English speaking countries) must have at least the following qualifications: a) TOEFL score of 500 on the International TOEFL; or b) TOEP (Test of English Proficiency) score of 500 obtained from the Indonesian Test Service Center (PLTI); or a British Council, IALF, or IDP International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6; or a TOEFL score of 500 from The British Institute (TBI) or English First (EF); or Duolingo English proficiency score of 95 (https://englishtest.duolingo.com/)

4. Provide proof a high school academic report from the first to fifth semesters (mandatory for Indonesians only). International students are only required to upload an original scan of their high school academic reports.

5. Upload the scanned originals of the following documents (mandatory):

1. 1. High school academic reports from grades 10 to 12
   2. High school diploma or certificate of completion of equivalent upper secondary education for graduates of 2024, 2023 and 2022, Indonesian national examination scores or equivalent international tests such as the IGCSE A-levels.
   3. Recent 3×4-cm photograph
   4. Indonesian ID Card (KTP) for Indonesian or Passport for International Student
   5. Household card for Indonesian nationals
   6. Certification of English language proficiency Documents and information uploaded by the participants are subject to verification by the admissions committee, Documents found to be invalid may be corrected by the participant while the period for information completion is still in effect,

6. Pay the registration fee of Rp 200,000 for Indonesian Student and Rp 1.000.000 for International Students via an Unpad-appointed bank to the amount stated in the billing statement generated by the online registration system.

7. Print or digitally save the admission test participant card acquired following successful payment at https://admission.unpad.ac.id/

The admission of candidates will be determined based on the following considerations:

• High School Academic Report (mandatory for Indonesian). Interview or academic reports for international students.
• A score on a valid English proficiency test (Please refer to Registration Procedure for a valid English Proficiency test institution)

The passing standard is based on the highest average score of High School Academic Report score (mandatory for Indonesian) and the English Proficiency test. Under certain conditions, the score of the report card will be considered.

Documents and information uploaded by the participants are subject to verification by the admissions committee. Documents found to be invalid may be corrected by the participant while the period for information completion is still in effect.
